We all love those Pinterest & Tik Tok recipes that make you drool, we save them, share them & have the best intentions of actually cooking this way on the regular but let's keep it real...life is BUSY and 3 meals a day becomes a chore not a Pinterest board #amiright?

Eating healthy & delicious should feel like Nourishment without the fuss in my opinion.

I come from a long line of great cooks (who spent most of their evenings and weekends in happily in the kitchen). As much as I love our traditional foods I also love spending time OUTSIDE the kitchen.
